At Pakistan National Store, every sculpture is carefully crafted and packed with attention. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide a fair and transparent exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

Without a valid unboxing video, exchange requests will not be processed.

Once you submit your exchange request with the unboxing video:

  • The replacement product will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned item

Delivery Charges for Exchange

Delivery charges for exchanges depend on the reason:

  • Our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong product): We cover all shipping costs for both return and replacement
  • Customer preference or change of mind: Exchanges are not accepted

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
